I am unhappy with my body
I’ve gained almost 10 pounds, and that’s just, ridiculous. I’ve actually gained more than that, when I think about it, I’m pretty sure I was down to 146 at one point. Now, I’m 160. Basically, everything I worked so hard for, fell to shit. I’m so angry angry angry with myself but I’ve been holding it in, plus I’ve been just eating, eating, eating, because fooooooooooood> but then I’m so upset with myself/hate myself/I’m a bitchy teen fuck. So, I need to do meal plans. I need to be a litte extreme. I’m terrible with balance. I don’t want to be unhealthy, but I need to restrict myself. And I need to stick with this. I can’t keep pleasing myself in a way that’s just punishment in the end.
Tomorrow, I WILL stick to this meal plan. I will.
Breakfast:
1 piece of toast with peanut butter
banana
Lunch/School snack:
Fiber 1 bar
Home snack:
An egg
An apricot
Dinner:
Salad

Wait is that Justin Timberlake as Justin Vernon covering Bon Iver for Triple J? Okay that was a terrible joke. But it’s been a huge year already for Vernon and company and well I’m glad that hasn’t meant they are gonna stop covering jams to perfection! Phew they are still covering badass fiends! Justin and crew’s latest take on another artist is a cover of Anais Mitchell’s ”Coming Down” for Triple J’s Like A Version (3/15/12 edition) and it is exactly what you’d expect from Bon Iver…ergo it’s magnificent.
